ABC Planning & Financial Services connects individuals shopping for Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance with licensed agents who can help review plan options. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the Medicare program. A licensed agent may contact you to discuss your options and provide a free, no-obligation review. Availability of plans varies by state and zip code.
3. Your Consent to Be Contacted
By opting in — whether through a Facebook lead form, a web form on this site, or any other method of providing your contact information — you expressly consent to be contacted by ABC Planning & Financial Services and its authorized agents and partners regarding your inquiry and Medicare Supplement options. You authorize us to contact you using any of the methods below:
Text messages (SMS/MMS): including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and plan information sent to the mobile number you provided.
Phone calls: including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer) and/or an artificial intelligence (AI) or prerecorded voice, to the number you provided (which may include a mobile number).
Emails: including confirmation messages, plan details, and follow-up communications.
Your consent applies regardless of whether any number you provide is on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number and email address you provide.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving communications at any time. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To opt out of emails, use the unsubscribe link included in each email. You may also request to be removed from our contact lists by replying to any message or by contacting us directly. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages.
5. Privacy
The information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Your information may be shared with our licensed agent partners for the purpose of fulfilling your request for a consultation.
6. No Guarantee of Savings
While many Medicare Supplement beneficiaries may qualify for lower-priced plans with comparable coverage, savings are not guaranteed.
